Meet The clinic Founder
Stephen Pringle
Stephen Pringle is a highly experienced physiotherapist with nearly two decades of hands on clinical practice across private care, the NHS, community rehabilitation and competitive sport. Based in King’s Lynn, Stephen is known for his practical, thoughtful approach to physiotherapy and for helping people regain confidence in their bodies, not just reduce symptoms.
Stephen’s career began in the NHS, where he developed strong foundations in musculoskeletal care, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics and community based physiotherapy. Over the years, he progressed into senior and leadership roles, including leading rehabilitation and falls prevention services and supporting patients through complex recovery journeys following surgery or injury. This experience shaped his belief that effective care must be personal, adaptable and rooted in real world function.
Alongside his NHS work, Stephen has spent many years supporting athletes as a sports physiotherapist, most notably with West Norfolk Rugby Football Club. Working pitch side, in training environments and through long term rehabilitation has given him deep insight into injury prevention, performance demands and safe return to activity. That blend of clinical precision and practical problem solving remains central to how he works today.
Stephen now leads his own musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic, where he provides one to one care for people dealing with pain, injury, mobility limitations and recovery setbacks. His approach is hands on, evidence informed and built around listening carefully to what matters most to each person. Rather than relying on generic plans, Stephen focuses on understanding how someone moves, what they are struggling with day to day and what they want to get back to doing.
Patients often describe Stephen as calm, thorough and reassuring. He takes pride in explaining what is happening, why it matters and how progress can realistically be achieved. Whether supporting someone after surgery, helping manage a long standing condition or guiding recovery from an injury, his aim is always the same. To help people move with more confidence, independence and trust in their bodies again.
Stephen remains committed to continuous professional development and high clinical standards. Above all, he believes physiotherapy works best when it is collaborative, honest and grounded in genuine care for the person behind the symptoms.
A Comfortable, No Judgement Space
We know that starting physiotherapy can feel uncomfortable for some people. Assessment often involves looking at posture, movement and alignment, and in certain cases this may mean removing outer layers of clothing so we can properly understand what is happening.
We have included this illustration to provide clarity and reassurance. It reflects the type of neutral, professional assessment position that may form part of your first session. We want you to know exactly what to expect before you arrive.
Our clinic is a no judgement environment. Every body is different and every person who walks through our doors is treated with respect, professionalism and care. The purpose of assessment is not to criticise how you look, but to understand how you move and how we can help you feel better.
Transparency builds trust, and we want you to feel comfortable, informed and confident from the very beginning.
